Howard Johnson Hong Qiao Airport Hotel Shanghai

Confortable room and bathroom.

I choose this hotel because in Booked.net apresentation it should be 3 minutes drive from Hongqiao Airport, but this is not true, it is 20 minutes or more....

I just used it because of its location near to airport and reasonable price. It is also good that you offer free transfer to the airport. It is nice designed hotel with friendly staff.

The distance to the airport, Fast service when checking-in and out, excellent staff, nice facilities, free shuttle bus to the hongqiao airport.

cant think of anything, if the price would be higher you could ask for more of course, but it is really a fair deal. It is not a hotel for people who want to explore Shanghai city.

Convenience to airport and high speed train station plus metro

Roomy foyer with wifi. Breakfast good + restaurant adequate Shower cubicle not adequately drained and floods bathroom floor. Leads to dank smell in room.

Booked a superior suite. When I got there I was asigned to what I would call a mini suite. After asking at the front desk the lady asured me it is the right room. Since I had an important meeting which I wanted to conduct in the meeting I asked for an upgrade which they gladly gave me. That was very professional and nice. The rroms however are getting tired and need t rework. The Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Dont expect to leave the Hotel and walk anywhere. The facilities in the HOtel are limited. For short stays only.

Good rooms, big and spacious , location near to airport convenient for transfer

The shuttle bus is very bad servicing the airport, the sercice is provided every 90 minutes , even if the airport is only 5 minutes by distance. I had to catch a taxy to go there, note rhat I chose the hotel being near to airport and providing free shuttle

Empty minibar, barely English-speaking staff.

The Concierge effort of Mr William, all the others employees don't speak English or very little.

Rooms very dusty and dirty, all the carpets needs to be replaced, employees very rude. The hair salon is is a Joke the owner stays smoking inside with the employees. There is no smoking free rooms.

早餐还行。

x6x6户型白天很静，房间旁边走道尽头有道门不知通向哪里。结果晚上门口人来人往，旁边竟然是K歌房。一- 阵阵的歌声从旁边传来，根本无法入睡。隔音不好。酒店全部是无线网络，房间内没有有线网络，只有无线网络。- 但是因为房间在楼把脚位置，Wi-Fi信号时有时无。所以建议以后不要住把脚的房间。卫生间面盆竟然是裂的，打电话到前台确认后才敢住宿，否- 则到时结账时要是说我弄坏的就惨了。

酒店环境比较好

班车一个姓顾司机态度超级差，因为酒店里火车站很近但是没有地铁什么的过去不方便，本来觉得有班车会方便一- 点。但是班车司机态度很不耐烦，第一次提前一个小时打电话过去，说现在不确定班车有没有，要提前10分钟预- 约。后来才知道是怕司机去了但是客人提前用别的交通方式去了酒店才要确认，但是司机的态度就很不耐烦，好像- 出班车去接非常麻烦一样。非常不开心，再也不会入住了！

1200块钱一晚，给安排的房间还不如快捷酒店的宽敞，窄小的房间，连客人坐的地方都没有，很不满意！

酒店地点离虹桥火车站、虹桥机场较近。大堂华丽。

房间浴室漏水，客人入住前没有检查。用餐服务太差。上菜速度慢，餐具破损。外国客人投诉较多。服务人员培训- 不够。
